Agility: Dogs
Any and all breeds and mixes of breeds of any color, size or shape are welcome to compete in trials sanctioned by most agility organizations. Puppies must be at least 15 to 18 months of age (depending on the sanctioning organization) to compete in trials. The dogs are entered into classes based upon their height and experience level. Smaller dogs have lower jumps and more time to complete the course. In most organizations, veteran dogs, over the age of 7, are allowed to run at lower height and have a longer course time also.
